“First of all, there is no airport service.. my flight was delayed for 15 mins, and when i came out, cab went back stating that there is a huge amount of parking charges. I think, taxi didnt come at all/ So, i had to take taxi and pay for it Secondly, there was renovation work and they couldnt get the keys, so they shifted me to a near by hotel which was under construction but some rooms were made. it was on 4th floor and finally there also, they couldn't find room keys.. i reached hotel at 1 am...

“ My stay at the Palazzo in met every expectation I could have had. The staff was very courteous. There was always someone available who spoke English if needed. Room service took place in just minutes and if something wasn’t right they took it back no questions. When you enter the lobby while to ask questions have them book you an Uber or taxi they always offer you water, coffee, or cappuccino at no cost. I have never had a hotel so accommodating.
