“It was really strange and inconvenient that there was no one at the “reception” desk after 15:00. And the young woman at the restaurant on the main floor said she didn’t know anything about the hotel. We found our reservation slip and our keys and let ourselves into the room. Later in the evening, the girl who did not know anything suddenly knew enough to make sure we paid. Very odd.”

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property is managed with great care and attention to detail. Highlights Impeccable Cleanliness: The entire hotel was spotless. Every area, from the Bathrooms to the rooms, was kept in pristine condition. Prime Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot. It is situated in a fantastic location with a very short walk to the……

After a long conversation with hotels.com (it took around a hour to reach someone), they confirmed we’d paid for breakfast. They offered a small credit and suggested we return for breakfast. None of us felt comfortable doing so after the chilly and……
