From start to finish the staff cannot do enough for you to mention a few members of staff the concierge yigit can tell you anything about the city and the best places to go. Along with anything beauty related kunsal is amazing she goes above and beyond. On arrival emir is such a friendly face and happy to help with anything. The hotel room service is amazing also the staff there are always happy to switch up things in order to make it better for kids. The roof top views are spectacular, food is nice it’s a little more difficult up there with kids it’s not so flexible however perfect if only for adults. Overall this hotel is fantastic and the staff really make the difference, so thank you. "

Hotel helped us to arrange multiple excursions and transfer to/from the excursions places. Staff wants to make you happy . Breakfast was 4 out of 5. Bakery, fruit, cheese, veggie sections were great. "I like this hotel, I like the area. Hey guys get a New towels, they are older than the hotel itself, and tell the cleaners to replace soap and lotion etc when they find them empty. Other than that I was happy to be there."
