“1 night stay for my parents as a gift to my father’s 90th birthday. Stay was during the hot wave in Europe, 40degrees during the day, still very hot at night and they accommodated them in a room room without A/C (although when my Mom asked, they told her some rooms have A/C). Paying equivalent of 300 USD per night on a regular weekday, one would expect room with A/C. Besides that, road works started just under their window at 6am. The spa treatments were apparently great, but the accommodation……

“Beautiful property. Owner does not speak English which made the check in difficult. It’s a self check in and we were not given our room number which should have been in the welcome email, but was not. When calling owner to find out room number, she kept giving the code to the front door instead. We were saved by another guest who was able to work out which room was ours. ”

“Fantastic amenities such as pool, bowling and other activities. Good, quiet location and a nice walk by the river bank and the wooden village to the city. Clean, nice staff, beautiful design with traditional Moravian blue print. There is so much to see in this hotel that it should be an attraction on its own, definitely worth the visit. ”

“​I traveled there by my own car. Street parking was available, and the location was easy to find. The address and location itself were good. However, check-in is only available until 4:00 PM; if you arrive late, you are out of luck. They do not accept check-ins after that. For someone traveling for business, having to go to the hotel within these hours can cause disruptions to other work. ​The bed was very old; in fact, one side was sagging, so I couldn't trust it. “A small (12 rooms) beautiful villa - hotel in a perfect location in the town center. Spacious room and barhroom. Walking distance to main points of interest. Staff extremely helpful. Excellent food with limited selection. Room cleaning, towel change, not every day.”
