I was very disappointed with my stay at the comfort inn. I couldn’t get into my room because the key card was broken. Once I got in the room the heat was not working. I had to switch rooms. In the new room there was no microwave in the room or cushions for the chairs. The refrigerator freezer button was broken and the TV has to be switch out of the new room because it was not working and the double locks for the door was broken off. Staff was very rube and I paid for a queen size bed the new room has a full in it. I will not be staying at this hotel anytime soon. I will make a formal complaint with corporate. The area surrounding the hotel was nice and parking was available.

I paid for my room on Expedia and was recharged when I got to the property so I basically used all my Expedia points and got charged again

I stayed here before. Room was decent. This time I was given a disgusting room, frayed bed skirt/carpet, something red on the bath tub floor, furniture worn out,. I wouldn't cook anything in the microwave & kitchen . Attendant claims he was " doing me a favor by letting me in 4 hrs early". My reservation said 3pm was check in. I drove 14 hrs to visit my family and had to resort to sleeping at the bottom of the bed. NEVER STAYING at this HOTEL AGAIN. I was extremely tired. Hate i spent money there.

The front desk lady was nice and accommodating. There was no remote for the TV. The rooms had an unclean odor and the bathroom was not clean. We were there about 15 minutes and decided to check out.
