There were no shelves in the shower. The shower door didn’t fully close. Too many patterns in the hallway and on the walls. It was sensory overload and the pattern on the carpet was disorienting. There’s no microwave in the room but you can buy microwave food in the lobby’s pantry.
The beds were true queen size. The towels were large. Alexis and Nicole were the staff I talk to. The location was good. It did not smell like pot.
But I will never stay here again.
Great property and value. This hotel is very newly renovated with beautiful decor in common areas and rooms. The rooms are slightly on the smaller side but beautifully designed with amenities and adequate storage space. Room service was absolutely perfect. The staff was very professional, welcoming and friendly. This property is walking distance from premium shopping, and casual or fine dining. The free parking and low security deposit are a huge plus.
My only recommendation is for more of a security presence at this property. Though there are security cameras everywhere, which is absolutely great, there needs to be a security guard or doorman at the main entrance for added safety and to greet guests. I noticed that people tend to stand or loiter outside the main entrance, which felt unsafe. Having a security guard or doorman will help to keep the exterior of the entrance way clear, so guests can feel safe at all times, especially solo travelers. I recommend this property if you are traveling with others.

There was no hottub as it listed, no breakfast or free light dinner either. Food had to either be ordered via the hotel or door dash. The kids were kicked out of the pool early for "adult only swim". There is no microwave on site.
My family has been coming to this hotel for years due to the family environment and above amenities and feel very decieved. I would not recommend if this is for a family stay.
For the price this hotel defied every expectation I had. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was nice, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were immense.
Everything was wonderful stayed because of son going in army what makes a good bar. Is the bartender she was wonderful

Staff rude, only 1 person at night. Kept being put on hold all night for towels. Kids running and knocking on doors all night.

The bathroom was terrible you couldn't open the door to get into the shower without the door bumping the toilet. Pool was small and too many people. Menu limited in hotel.
Here’s a polished review version that keeps your voice but makes the situation clear and credible:
⸻
I stayed in Room 327 and wanted to share a few things from our experience.
When I checked out this morning, I informed staff that my son had vomited in the bathroom. I cleaned it up with towels, but let them know housekeeping should be aware. I also mentioned that the toilet in our room was not flushing properly.
Both of my kids had complained of stomach aches, and at first I thought it might have been something they ate in the dining room. But after thinking it through, I believe the pool was the more likely cause.
They swam for about 45 minutes, and I did not. The pool area had a very strong chlorine smell—so strong it actually burned my throat just standing nearby. That kind of smell is usually not a sign of a clean pool, but of chloramines, which form when chlorine binds with contaminants. When those build up, especially indoors, they can irritate the air and cause symptoms like nausea and vomiting.
One of my children (who has mild asthma) ended up vomiting the next morning, and the other had a stomach ache.
I’m not writing this to be dramatic, but because it’s something worth looking into. The air quality in the pool area did not seem right, and it had a noticeable impact on my kids.
Just something I’d want to know as a guest, and something I hope management takes a closer look at.
