Each block and each room at different levels, provide a good view. Staffs were courteous. Housekeeping services were up to the mark. Nice place to have a relaxed holiday. Close to Munnar town centre and to the market, at the same time away from all the hustles and bustles as the property is located high up on the hill away from the main road. The location is excellent - close enough to munnar town, but set in really beautiful grounds. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, very accommodating to our requests. Room furnishings are a bit dated, but it is kept clean. I stayed in KTDC Kovallam last year and that was a bit better than in terms of food and cultural activities at night. Perhaps the cultural fest was only for last week of December. Whenever you ask something, you can see their staff will approach us with smiling face and a warm wishes. Recommended plan for taxis for sight seeing as over all cost shoots up if.taxi is hired from the hotels travel desk .
