I wanted to love this place as it has been awhile since we stayed. They gave us early check in which was great. After that it kindve went down hill. The hallways were 10,000 degrees at all time, I called and asked for utensils which they told me to get myself down at the main floor, the sauna didn’t work which isn’t posted on their website or anything. Finally the night before we checked out I asked for late checkout, the first person I spoke to said ask in the morning. On our return from a late movie the next guy said what would you like I said let’s start with 12 and go from there. Sure enough at 11 am they called our room and woke us up. I again told them let’s start with 12 and if I need later I’ll just pay the fees. 15 minutes later the house keeper was trying to force her way in, yelling about something. I had to tell her to talk to front desk. And then sure enough again at 12 calling the room again. Defeated the purpose of asking for late checkout. Disorganized is one word I have for this place
