This is our second stay at this Future Inn and found it to be as welcoming and comfortable as our first stay. We will definitely be booking there again when we next visit Plymouth.

I have stayed at this hotel many times while wirking in the Plymouth area. For what i need, the hotel is great and certainly serves its purpose. The rooms have plenty of space and the beds are comfortable. The buffet breakfast is ok but there could be more hot options.

The dinner service on the Friday was appalling. After a long journey we booked a table at 8-30, at 8-45 we were told they may be able to serve us in another hour. We needed to eat so had to get a taxi and find a local restaurant. I felt sorry for staff who were extremely busy and having to deal with a lot of complaints

Good location, large rooms but needs a clean
Hotel is looking tired, rooms are large but lights not working; bathroom tiles cracked and need a deep clean. Staff are friendly enough but clearly understaffed and annoyed with systems which just don't seem to work?!

Great hotel and staff
The hotel was well situated and parking was free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A customer laundry room and small gym was also on offer which was very handy for those working away from home and wanting to wash work gear. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable too. The only small criticism was the £16 charge for breakfast which seemed a little excessive but it’s optional.

Great stay in the Future!
First time at a Future Inn & was pleasantly surprised. Easy parking. Quick reception, Clean, well presented room. It felt a little tired but everything worked as it should although TV needed a little persuasion! Restaurant on site what excellent. They seemed a little short staffed but great service & food was excellent.

Hotel side was fine. Clean room, friendly reception. Restaurant not so great - very limited menu at dinner and only instant coffe at breakfast. Bit disappointing.

Hotel was lovely and rooms very spacious but the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable both myself and my husband woke up with terrible shoulder and neck pain and barely got any sleep.

Room (suite) was very nice but electric sockets in bedroom lacking near bed for charging devices. Let down by quality of food at on-site restaurant: Average. Nothing but fast food nearby so needs to offer better quality. Breakfast if £15 per head, is very poor value for quality of product and choice.

Nice hotel
Hotel was good staff were lovely Ate in the restaurant around 6pm didn’t finish the meal as it wasn’t great. It was the only thing I ate that day had an early night but woke up around 1 am and spent the next 6 hours vomiting and suffering with upset stomach
