Brand new unit from the Spring 2019. Custom furnished and finished with coastal inspired decor as former builders model.

Welcome to Unit 422, Luxury at the Beach! The Residences at Lighthouse Cove is located in Dewey Beach, DE, only 1 block from the beach.

Enjoy spectacular views of the Rehoboth Bay and Rehoboth Bay Marina while relaxing on your large balcony, which is also overlooking our breath taking pool. This brand new condominium is your ultimate vacation destination which is walking distance to everything Dewey Beach has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and an expansive island with seating, dishes, cookware and tableware. The designer decorated and very spacious living/dining area includes a gas fireplace, three HDTV's and a sectional sleeper sofa for two to help accomadate larger groups. This coastal inspired space is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy bay views from the master suite and that includes a king size bed and 43" HDTV. The private master bathroom has a custom tile shower and double vanity sinks. The guest bedroom can sleep up to five people with double sized bunk beds & a pullout trundle bedif needed, 43" HDTV and private access to the guest bathroom. This condo also includes a stacked washer and dryer.

This condo is adjacent to the Hyatt® Hotel Dewey Beach and guests have access to many of the hotel amenities that includes floating in the indoor and outdoor pools (Condo guests only) or work out on the new fitness equipment and Starbucks coffee bar. Our guests have exclusive use of our stunning rooftop with expansive views of the Rehoboth Bay. From the 4th floor plaza, you can watch the sunset from the community fire pits, listen to a large water feature and have full use of our BBQ grilling areas, or just relax and enjoy Dewey beach and the stunning Mid-Atlantic coastline.

The Jolly Trolley has a convenient stop directly out side the Residences, and will take you directly into Rehoboth Beach to enjoy world class dining and boardwalk fun. This location is also a very short drive to all the other beach towns like, Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach and Lewes.

This unit is nonsmoking, includes 2 parking spots and has a full linen package in clued with the cleaning fee. A mid-week cleaning package is optional for weekly renters upon request. Book your families vacation today and enjoy all of our sun-filled amenities and unparalleled views.

What a gorgeous place - super clean, convenient, and wonderful view. Very quiet and having the hotel amenities was a plus. Excellent layout and had everything we needed for a fantastic and restful getaway. The hosts were very attentive to ensure the stay was perfect.

Fantastic Location

Our stay was perfect! Everything felt seamless -- checking in, going into town, the beach, the pools, watching the sunrise and sunsets. The condo was spacious, clean, and included all the essentials. We had a great time with two young children staying in and going out. I would highly recommend this rental property!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The location was amazing. Only a few blocks from the beach and right next to Rusty Rudders. The condo was clean and the perfect size for the 6 of us. The owners had great communication with me prior to our trip. I would absolutely book this place again!

Wonderful Getaway

The property is just as pictured. It's updated, luxurious, clean and absolutely lovely. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, which is 1 block away, and to all of the Dewey restaurants and live music. The owners were responsive and made check in / out very easy.

This a great condo! We stayed 4 nights with our two golden retrievers. Beautiful view of bay and heated outdoor swimming pool we used in early October. Condo is very well decorated and equipped and we felt at home. Centrally located by ocean, bay, restaurants, and more. Thank you so much!

The Hyatt is one of our favorite spots not only in Dewey, but at the DE shore as a whole. This unit was spotless. Great view of sunsets over the bay from private balcony. Everything is right outside your door.

We gave with family members for the Dewey Goes Pink 5K. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Check in and out couldn't have been easier with very detailed instructions. The location was also perfect with the Lighthouse and Bay Beach being so close. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect retreat

We couldn't be happier with our stay at the Hyatt Residences in Dewey. The condo was perfect for our fall beach getaway with our pups. The unit was clean and perfectly located close to everything you would ever want to do in Dewey. We wnjoyed the fire pit on the plaza in the evening to watch the stunning sunsets over the bay. If you're looking for a great breakfast/brunch spot, the Dewey Post in about 30 yards away - you must try their waffles. Highly recommend! Everything about our week was simply perfect.

Mother and Daughter get away

My mom and I decided we needed a long weekend together on the Eastern Shore. We found the perfect spot in Dewey Beach. The weather in October was wonderful. Restaurants still open and no waiting for a table. We enjoyed staying in this condo. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms just like the pictures showed. Very nicely decorated with a view of the bay and pool. Amazing sunsets in the evening. It was quiet and relaxing. Just Perfect.

Beautiful property and location!

Unit looked just like the pictures. Very clean which is important to us. Easy check in and out. The location couldn’t be better….on the bay and right in the middle of everything with the ocean 1 block away! It’s very difficult finding a beautiful/clean property when we’re traveling with our little dog. But this one was exceptional!if I had to fault anything, it would be that the mattress in he master bedroom wasn’t that comfortable. Thank you for a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back!

Great location and appartment was great. Amenities as expected. Additional rooms keys would be helpful for party of 6, two keys requires too much planning and annoyance. Hardwood floors need a few area rugs to keep the sand down a bit.

Lovely

Great place to stay at my favorite beach, even in the off season. Beautiful view from the balcony, lots of space, and big kitchen. Bed was comfy, and check in/out process was simple. We were able to easily walk to the beach and anywhere else in Dewey. The Lighthouse Restaurant/Bar was great, attached to the back of the hotel. The parking lot was slightly confusing (two elevators that take you to two different wings of the building), but I called the property manager and he answered right away and helped me find the correct elevator. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

This unit is amazing! It was clean, in a great location, and matched the listing details and pictures. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. For example, before our trip when we wrote about animal allergies and they assured us that there would be a thorough cleaning before our stay. Also, they responded immediately when we had a quick question upon our arrival. We hope to return again soon. Thank you to the hosts!

Short on luxury

The location was the best part of this listing. Although the property managers were very responsive, we should not have had so many problems with a “luxury “ property. The map and instructions for the garage were terrible, we were told not to bother the hotel staff, but they were the only people available to answer questions . The condo was poorly stocked.

Clean/Great location/Can walk everywhere

We have been coming to the Delaware beaches for over 20 years so this area is not new to us. We really enjoy staying at the Hyatt Residences because it has everything we need and a great location. The Bay is right outside your door and the beach is just across the street. There are many great restaurants within walking distance and markets to pick up odds and ends. If you prefer to drive, this is centrally located with Rehoboth and Bethany just being a couple of minutes in a car. We love that this condo was clean and has a washer and dryer. Parking is covered. The whole building is clean and there is access to a small gym. The outdoor pool is private for the residences, which was nice too. It was very easy to access the information and keys to the property through the property manager/owner. There were plenty of towels and blankets. It was so clean and made you feel so comfortable vacationing there. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
