Did not vacuum and was unplugging all devices in room and turning heater off and the fridge unplugged with food and drinks in it

The beds do not have enough blankets on them. The staff was excellent, I stayed here for 2.5 weeks while my new home was being prepped for me to move in. So I got meet all of the staff, and I was treated with professionalism, kindness and helpful assistance from everyone. I work nights and days rotating shifts and I met every front desk employee. My service dogs were treated with gentleness and affection, and I couldn't be happier with them or the housekeeping staff. I only had housekeeping some in once a week on my day off, and every time I came back to the room after housekeeping was there, the room was absolutely spotless. Everything from the towels, to the bedsheets, to the toilet paper was perfectly folded and housekeeping clearly deep cleans the rooms, I was so grateful to come back to the room after they cleaned it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know, but I would also tell them to make sure to bring their own warm blanket so they don't have to run the heater all night.

Room was dirty. The bathroom was really dirty. The shower had something brown all over it. Looked like blood. There appears to be mold on the ceiling and the paint is peeling. Hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom.

This is a small family owned place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My room wasn’t the cleanest, but I’ve seen worse. It cost me $45 and was worth every dollar. I’ll stay again.

I had a great stay at this property. I arrived late at night on the way to Salt Lake City and it was a brand new property that they just opened. Breakfast was really good too. I would stay here again.
