First, the staff was great. Always helpful. the location was awesome, couldn’t be better. But, the building needs updating, the bedding and towels were not the best quality. The towels did not smell as fresh as other hotels. But overall we would stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at The Legend of Hanoi in Vietnam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was well-kept, relaxing, and a perfect place to rest after busy days in Hanoi. I truly appreciated the hospitality and warm service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in Hanoi!! The hotel has only been open for 7 months and of the 3 hotels we stayed in in Hanoi it was definitely the best! As soon as you walk in the staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place smells devine! The hotel manager Rose was lovely and took the time to talk to us whenever we saw her. We had a Metropole Suite room with a balcony which was fabulous! Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice & very attentive service and all the staff came out of the hotel to wave us off which was lovely 😍

Great hotel, location, breakfast with staff who are very attentive and helpful. Returned 2nd time and received the royal treatment again well recommended.

This hotel is well located and easy to walk to many sites and great restaurants. The staff was beyond good. They were always helpful and went out of their way to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
