The accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable meeting every need. The location of the Verve is excellent and I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. The only aspect which was somewhat confusing was accessing the accommodation upon arrival, as the instructions I received to gain access to the key to my room I found confusing and the location from where to access the key was not clear. I arrived at the accommodation when the reception desk was not staff and although I received a text message, the message, I found confusing. However, a phone call sorted everything immediately.

"Two problems with this expensive room.. 1) Design and layout of the bathroom .. open to the room, 2 cupboards with frosted glass doors for toilet and shower. Once out of the shower you are open to the whole room! No privacy at all. Dumb and stupid design. 2) TV channels .. no sport, no decent channels. ..."
