"Me and my friends had an amazing time being hosted at this property. The owner, Mr Dass was very easy to communicate with, polite and even gifted a birthday cake to one of the guests (since it was her birthday that week). We organized pickup and drop off with the owner and everything was seamless. The home looks even better in person and we felt at home. I would stay here again in the future and I’d also recommend this property to others. "

If you do not have transport, you do have to walk out to get it, which we did not mind. Otherwise, the place did not disappoint at all. I would stay there again. "I recently stayed at this property in the heart of Chaguanas and had a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. Having a private parking lot was a definite plus, especially in such a central location. The space was clean and cozy—perfect for a short stay. However, it might be a bit small for longer visits or business trips where more room is needed, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I recommend this place...

"I booked this home, after payment i was then alerted by owner that the accommodation isn't available due to renovations. He mentioned having another with no additional cost. I saw some pictures and decided to stay at the new place. However i inquire about the wash and dryer as it was one of the amenities and was assured that the apartment had these items.
