The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptionally good with many things to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly.

This is no reflection on any of the professional polite staff but the Hotel was not was expected. Looking back at the online pictures of the Hotel and room, we were somewhat shocked on arrival. The bedroom was the biggest shock. It was small, run down and generally in a very poor condition. The bed is one that sits about a foot off of the floor, so very awkward with someone with mobility issues. For a room that size, I have never seen such a huge TV. It must be 47” HUGE. We paid for a delux double so not sure what a normal double would be. Lights in bathroom were out so we had one working out of four. Handle broken off in bath, so nowhere to grab as the bath was slippery Toilet seat moving around. In general the bathroom was in a very poor state. Fold up seat was found in the tiny wardrobe, which left little to the imagination. The breakfast offered was good with plenty of fresh option to be had. Location sold it to us as it is only about 300 yds from Zurich HB, which was great as we had planned trips to Tiflis. To summarise, fantastic staff and it is a good hotel for young backpackers but so if you require a little luxury away from home.

Stayed one night! It’s ok. Clean. Good. I’d say it’s a single step up from a hostel. It’s really small.

Great staff, clean facility, great location, free airport shuttle also easy to reach airport by bus from Airport. Breakfast is just okay not great.
