"My family and I stayed at Radisson during November 2025 in lake view suites and deluxe and triple rooms as we were a large group. We were received with a warm welcome from the first day and were taken care of well by the entire staff. The Radisson Kandy is clean and well organized with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The hotel is also close to all of the local main attractions and the city center. We highly recommend staying at the Radisson Kandy for any traveller."

"Nice place, good service. Not many sun loungers at the pool. Sad to hear that the leftovers from the buffet are thrown out and not given to the ones in need. Try to reduce food waste, and at the same time do something good for the ones without much."

"Large, modern and well equipped room with beautiful views over the city and a small balcony. The restaurant and bar area is very pleasant, on the rooftop with great views. Food is a little hit and miss. Just worth noting that prices on the menu don’t include taxes. When these are included, this, together with service, adds a third to the bill. This is really misleading and could be easily fixed. Excellent value overall though. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The views overlooking Kandy were stunning and made every moment feel special. The breakfast was fresh, generous, and a great start to each day. Its close location to the train station was incredibly convenient. A great place to stay with excellent value and comfort."

"Confortable bed, welcoming staff, in the centre of the city but quiet. Restaurant has good breakfast, pool area is very small, it wont fit more than 4 or 5 people at a time. Good hotel to explore Kandy."

"It was not quite what I expected. It was not 5 star by US standards, but it was ok. The mosquitoes were a bit much- having them in our bedroom and bathroom was annoying, but the staff did their best to help. Overall, it was ok, probably one of the better hotels in Kandy."
