The place is so charming and peaceful, and the meals some of the best anywhere. The staff was so friendly that I did not feel I was in a hotel, I felt I was at home with family. They care about each of their guests and go out of their way to provide the best Dilijan experience possible. The owner, the managers, the workers all were top notch. Friendships were formed, and I did not want to leave. We had many nice talks, and they even arranged an unforgettable excursion with barbecue high up in the mountains. This was a real highlight of my entire trip. I would return to Casanova anytime and recommend it highly!"

The hotel has a nice garden which ends at a small river. The rooms are spacious and clean. I travelled to Dilijan for a conference, but the town is famous as a vacation destination. "
