Perched atop a knoll along Oceana Drive, this home underwent extensive remodeling in 2016, showcasing breathtaking views of Dillon Beach, the ocean, and Tomales Bay. The open living space seamlessly connects to a stunning chef's kitchen equipped with high-end Wolf appliances and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The main level boasts two bedrooms and one bath, while the master suite on the upper floor features a balcony with panoramic views.

The living room and dining area exude warmth, accentuated by a gas fireplace beneath the cathedral ceiling. Additional living space is found below, accessed through a private entrance, offering another bedroom, a bi-level bonus room, and a contemporary full bath. The hot tub provides an idyllic setting to enjoy sunset views.

Note that pets are not permitted and the property is equipped with external security cameras focused on entrances, respecting privacy in non-public areas.

This property is an ideal gathering place for family and friends, emphasizing a peaceful atmosphere rather than a party setting. Please note that outdoor amplified music is prohibited at vacation rentals in the County and campers are not allowed in the driveway. Surveillance cameras are in place to monitor parking areas, and decimal meters help detect excessive noise. Respectful quiet hours, from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, are enforced.

Women Friends had a Great Stay

A longtime group of friends very much enjoyed our stay at this Dillon Beach House. The views were superb, the kitchen well appointed....our only complaint were the heavy dining table chairs that made a racket when moved. Small issue, we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Dillon Beach View Property - Amazing

We loved our stay at "365 Days", especially the professional kitchen appliances and the back patio/view. The downstairs suite is separate from the upstairs living quarters, which provided some extra privacy for our large group. The house was clean and well stocked, we would love to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time in the house this past weekend. The place provides stunning views of Dillon Beach and even Tomales Bay. Every one of my guests were impressed with the location comfort of the place. The kitchen is very well equipped and roomie. The living room has ample space for relaxation. The fire place was a hit! California Anniversary trip

We rented a house large enough for eight adults, four couples to celebrate parents' 40th anniversary and first anniversary of one of the couples. It was great. House is built for celebratory meals and great views of the beach.

Great location, great place

You’re about halfway of the hill, very close to the beach but still with an elevated panoramic view of the ocean. Place is clean and well-stocked. Only slight hiccup is that one of the bedrooms is out the front door and down a small path to the bottom of the house. But this might be a good thing if you have one family who wants more privacy.

Had a great weekend here with ligelong friends from college. Property was perfect for our group, with plenty of space, great kitchen, phenomenal views. Would definitely return for another trip.

Great Views & Comfortable Home

Can't wait to book another stay! This house had amazing views, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and the sweet sounds of the ocean. It's only a 10 minute walk (down hill) to Dillon Beach. Property Manager was very responsive.

Couldn't have been better!

The property was exactly as advertised and my family and I had such a great time. The house was very unique and cool too! Property management was very communicative but i didnt have very good reception to answer him unfortunately. Will definitely recommend and book again!

Family fun

Enjoyed this modern home with spectacular views. Room for everyone with comfortable furnishings. The primary suite is actually a loft, opening to the living/dining/kitchen area. This was a problem for our family, with different bedtimes, night waking, and morning routines.

Just What We Needed

Beautiful home with beautiful view! We were so happy to escape the heat. Plenty of room for our 2 families. Definitely a chef's kitchen. The beds on the main level were very firm, just be aware. Also the deck is pretty tiny for the size of the house, we just didn't realize from the pictures . We would definitely stay again.againagain.the pictures.

Perfect Dillon Beach Family Reunion House

Our young family stayed in Dillon Beach in 1998. We decided a reunion back in Dillon Beach was long overdue. This place checked all the boxes and more. Not only were the views second to none, the high-end chef quality kitchen was completely unexpected. Families simply can't go wrong renting this place. My only criticism would be that the original property details listed two king beds. The home only had one king bed in the basement suite. The owner has since corrected the listing.

A well appointed property with great views!

This home had the best kitchen appliances, dishes, knives, and pots—it had everything you needed to cook and was immaculately organized! It also had games, puzzles, lots of towels, and comfy furniture. The only disappointment was that the jacuzzi wasn't working. We were looking forward to soaking outside in the hot tub. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon. I also noted that there is only 1 king bed; the rest are queen beds. Overall, it was a really great weekend. The management company was very responsive. Anytime we sent a question, we received a response in 2 minutes—5 stars for them and for the owner!

Beautiful property

The views from this home were spectacular and we all spent hours facing the large windows, just enjoying the spectacular sights. There were enough beds for our family gathering of ten, with a suite downstairs that was perfect for the youngest of us...all teens and early 20's. The home was clean and well laid out for a group, with a great room concept. We've never rented a home with a kitchen so well equipped! We can't think of a thing they overlooked and we cooked in the entire weekend. That said, there weren't a lot of local places from which to choose, if we'd wanted to dine out. The hot tub was terrific and worked perfectly, as did the seamless check in, check out system. Don't hestitate to rent this wonderful property!!

Lovely House, Gorgeous Views, Great Kitchen

The property is gorgeous. The kitchen is AMAZING and the views are incredible. You can walk to the beach, hang out on the patio, and beds are comfy. The fireplace is cozy. The furniture is high quality. I took off a star because I didn’t realize that the upstairs primary suite is an open loft. You can sort-of see it in the photos once you know what to look for, but I didn’t realize it didn’t have complete walls or a close-able door. Might want to call this out explicitly. There are also skylights up there so you’ll want a sleep mask if you plan on sleeping past 6am. None of this would have stopped us from booking, but we would have brought an eye mask and ear plugs. Also while the house can hold 10-12 people, you can only park 3 cars. Thankfully we only had 3, but it’s another thing that maybe should be listed on the description. Overall, it was a lovely stay. We’d stay there again.

Stunning location in a beautiful home

The view from this hilltop house is truly stunning: Tomales Bay into the open Pacific Ocean up to Bodega Head. The house is beautifully designed and furnished with tasteful quality materials and furniture. The artwork is lovely. There is an enormous Wolf stove and a large Subzero fridge. The selection of pots and pans could be improved upon, but there was a large selection of nice glassware and stoneware. In addition to the loft master bedroom, there are two bedrooms on the main floor and a bathroom with a shower/tub. One criticism of the bathrooms is that there is almost no place to set anything down or put anything away. A few simple shelves and/or drawers would really help. In the separate basement unit is a bedroom with a king bed, bath (the shower really needs a shelf for shampoo, soap, etc.) and a sitting room with chairs, couch, a desk, and a television, plus an outer door which leads to the hot tub, which was well-maintained and had a beautiful view. There is also a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, but not a full kitchen. We would definitely consider staying here again with a a party of six which helps to make the stay cost-effective.

Relaxing home for a large family

My family loved the home and enjoyed a weekend celebrating three generations of family and a couple birthdays. Even the surfers decided to join us as I counted over 60 of them Saturday. We can only complain on two items. We could not get the fireplace started for 24 hrs. It is the primary source of heat for the living area. The hot tub jets didn’t work, not the end of the world but was a main factor in choosing the vrbo. In today’s world of modern entertainment, it would be nice to have Bluetooth or usb connection to a stereo. Same goes for tv entertainment. The tv was fine but limited with only a couple of apps. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are outstanding specially the kitchen with the amazing range and refer. The living room and dining was very comfortable for our family of 9. Fantastic views of Tomales Point, Tomales Bay, Hog Island, Dillon Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Clear darks skies with shooting stars and even satellites! Loved watching the lightening storm out over the ocean from the living area windows when the storm arrived Sunday morning! Would stay here again! Great host!

Great property with terrific views. We really liked that the kitchen had great appliances and was fully equipped. The hot tub is a major plus, especially if you get to enjoy it during sunset.
