When I arrived early, the friendly staff greeted me and I was given a room within minutes. The room was beautifully set up and sparkling clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with various options of hot and cold foods. Meat, eggs, German bread and Brötchen along with cheeses were laid out nicely. There were fruits, vegetables, cereals, coffee, tea, juices...the works! The bar is cozy, the gym and sauna are clean. The hotel is next to public transportation and the area is safe and walkable.

the room is in a good condition, but area is not so good, so in the evening, it could be a bit noisy with ppl loud conversations / shouting / traffic etc.

Courteous friendly staff and nice room

My wife and I stayed here while on our honeymoon and were thoroughly impressed with the absurd attention of the staff and hotel. The hotel provided us with an arrangement of desserts and a handwritten note to congratulate us -- a small act that went a long way to making Platz Hotel our favourite stay during our two-week long honeymoon. Thank you for the great customer service; it certainly matched the beautiful rooms and amenities the hotel offered.
