amenities were adequate and staff was very accommodating and professional. Room and property was always nicely maintained and decorated. Only downside was the exorbant amount our workers spent for parking. Our staff is staying there on a long term project and the daily parking was more than we anticipated, even for a downtown location. Overall good experience. Thank you

Stay here because you want access to the Mall—only! It is really worn down from hard, hard use. Carpets, furniture, some appliances need a refresh! But, beds comfy, fairly quiet, and shopping/dining right out the door.

Aside from a leaky bathtub faucet, everything was OK. Room was drab, but had a mini fridge and was quiet. No USB ports on nightstand or lamps (or TV) to charge phone, which was a bummer. Breakfast was decent. Good location and a fair price.

The room was very spacious. Very clean. Had trouble with the heat in our room shutting down. Had to have maintenance up the three time. Very u comfortable got cold. Other then that we like everything about the hotel
