“I got this place for my parents to stay at. It was clean, pictures were accurate, and host communicated quickly and effectively. However, lights were not working in the living room area and front porch. Host did offer to send an electrician, but this feels like something that should have been checked prior to guests arrival. My parents also noticed on their last day that the refrigerator was leaking and causing a wet spot on the corner of the rug. Finally, maybe this was just me, but the wording……

“Nice small place. Good for one; could be cozy for two but no more than that. Nice location in a neighborhood near the Women’s college with easy access to freeways. Bed was fine and shower water pressure was fine. Bath is small, kitchenette is functional, and the fridge works fine. I think the only caution I have is that you can hear the train from about a quarter mile away. If you’re looking for a place to touch down on a busy trip in the area, this is very good. But if you’re looking for a……

“Really enjoyed the cabin! It was very clean and had small details that made it homey. The mattress on the bed does need to be replaced, as sinks in the middle and is not level. Even though the cabin is positioned between two homes, it is fairly secluded. The water access was lacking, since there was not much space to work with, and the water had a great deal of algae. The location is not near many amenities. If you are looking for a quiet space that is secluded, this is a great place! We did……

“Would stay there again”

“Exactly what we needed—somewhere convenient to get from the airport as well as the wedding venue we were going to. Place was immaculately clean! Wish we had had time to go to the pool. Not far from several restaurants as well. Enjoyed our short stay!”

“The host responded to any questions immediately”

“A I've stayed at dozens of rentals and Dil was my favorite host ever. We felt right at home. Clean, safe, quiet, pet/kid-friendly... everything we were looking for and more. We loved the donkeys, pony, bird-watching, thoughtful treats and coffee/tea selection. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next stay. Thanks, Dil!”

“Great amenities for the stay.”

“What a beautiful apartment! Close to downtown, beautiful complex, and great hosts. I choose to stay here instead of a hotel for work and what a difference. The experience was so good, I booked my next two week business trip in the same apartment.”

“A beautiful, peaceful getaway”
