Disney Cruise Line staterooms are designed with families and comfort in mind, with lots of room for storage and kid-friendly amenities like childproof locks, and safety rails for top bunks. There are plenty of options, from the economical Inside and Oceanview rooms to the more spacious and luxurious Verandah and Concierge suites. Rooms on Decks 1 and 2 are conveniently located next to the onboard amenities and restaurants, while still being quiet and comfortable for recharging after a long day of fun. There are also staterooms on the upper decks, 5, 6 and 7, with the luxurious Concierge staterooms making up most of Deck 8. Inside and Oceanview staterooms sleep 3 to 4 guests, but for larger families, the Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah has enough room for 5 guests.

Outside on the pool deck, you’ll find plenty of lounge chairs and casual eateries like Pinocchio’s Pizzeria, Pete’s Boiler Bites, and the Monsters Inc. themed ice cream shack, Eye Scream. Slide down the Twist ‘n’ Spout Slide at the outdoor AquaLab and splash around at Goofy’s Family Pool. Guests ages 18 and older can also access the exclusive adult-only Quiet Cove Pool. On Deck 10, you’ll find a Wide World of Sports Deck, equipped with many sports courts and equipment. There’s also plenty of character greetings and organized activities that can be found throughout the ship, for both adults, as well as kids at Disney’s Oceaneer Club. Catch the Frozen deck party, where you can meet popular Disney characters like Queen Elsa, Princess Anna and Olaf, and be sure to catch the nightly fireworks display, a Disney Cruise Line specialty.

On the Disney Wonder, you can find the unique restaurant, Tiana’s Place, inspired by Disney's The Princess and The Frog, serving up Louisiana-inspired cooking and live jazz music. There’s also Triton’s, an underwater Little Mermaid themed dining room, and Animator’s Palate, all of which are part of Disney Cruise Line’s unique rotational dining experience. Throughout the day there are casual dining options, like Pete’s Boiler Bites for classic American fare like burgers and hot dogs, or for the more health-conscious, Daisy’s De-Lites serves sandwiches, salads, and fruit. If you’d prefer to dine in the comfort of your stateroom, 24-hour room service is available and is included in the price of your cruise.

After Hours is the entertainment hub for guests ages 18 and older and is home to 3 nightclubs and lounges: Crown & Fin Pub, Cadillac Lounge, and Azure. The Crown & Fin Pub is a laidback bar that resembles a classic British pub, while the Cadillac Lounge hosts nightly performances by pianists and talented vocalists, giving off a 1950’s Hollywood Glam vibe. Once the sun goes down, Azure turns into a vibrant nightclub, serving up signature cocktails including the vodka-and-lime-infused Le Grand Bleu, as well as specialty coffees and dessert wines. While onboard the Disney Wonder you can also partake in daily beverage tastings, from wines to whiskeys, and even champagne and chocolate pairings.

“Frozen, A Musical Spectacular” brings the hit Disney animated film to the stage at the Walt Disney Theater, with intricate set designs, costumes, and performances. Join Elsa and Anna and all of their friends afterward for a dinner and deck party on select sailings, where the ship gets transformed into a winter wonderland, with singing, dancing, and more. The other large production onboard Disney Wonder is “Disney Dreams – An Enchanted Classic,” a musical spectacular that features many Disney classics and popular characters like Peter Pan, Cinderella, and Aladdin. Disney Cruises does a good job with themes, with a variety of holiday-inspired festivities and decorations on display during major holidays with its Very Merrytime Cruises and Halloween on the High Seas.

The Senses Spa & Salon features a variety of spa treatments, from singles and couples massages, BIOTEC facials, and body wraps. You can also get a teeth whitening treatment, manicure, pedicure, or haircuts at the salon. The Rejuvenation Spa offers a variety of skin treatments like Thermage® Skin Tightening and CoolSculpting® Fat Reduction, which can be booked after a complimentary 30-minute consultation with an onboard physician. Teens ages 13 to 17 get their own Chill Spa, with Mother/Daughter or Father/Son Paradise massages available, and unique spa treatments like Hot Chocolate Wraps and Fruit Facials. There’s also a fully equipped Fitness Center at sea as well, with complimentary Pilates, Yoga, and Cycling classes as well as Health and Wellness seminars. For an added fee, you can also book sessions with a personal trainer or nutritional consultant while onboard.

There are many interactive play spaces and lounges onboard the Disney Wonder for various age groups: The “It’s a Small World” nursery (for 6 months to 3-year-olds), The Oceaneer Club (for kids ages 3 to 12), Edge (for tweens ages 11 to 14), and Vibe (for teens ages 14 to 17). The Oceaneer Lab has plenty of workshops for kids to participate in and meet new friends, from cooking classes inspired by the Disney•Pixar hit Ratatouille, to an Animator’s Studio. Kids and teens alike will be able to meet and greet many popular Disney Characters who make appearances throughout the cruise. Parents with youngsters who are 6 months to 3 years old can also take advantage of the “It’s a Small World” nursery, hosted by Huggies®.

The Vista Gallery, found on all ships in the fleet, showcases a fine selection of Disney Cruise Line themed art by famous Disney artists that can be purchased.
