"Staff were friendly and very helpful . We payed extra for breakfast . Not much variety in menu for breakfast . I expected laundry facility in the hotel which was missing . They do take out laundry but the cost was so high that I could have bought some new tops on sale . I know I am in Switzerland ."

"The location was a 12ish minute walk from the train station. The listing didn’t have many photos so we didn’t really know what to expect but it was a room with beds. The bathroom door didn’t latch closed. There was an outdoor space in the back that was a nice addition to hang out in though."
