We were there for 5 days. They never once came to check and see if we needed anything. It was nice though that they never entered our room that we know of. They barely spoke English and it was a little hard to understand them sometimes but they were very nice

8/10 Very Good! (447 reviews)
The property’s photos online look great, and in person, the room features nice furniture, a good TV, and a nice shower with great water pressure and temperature.
However, the actual cleanliness and hygiene of the room were completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found used Q-tips on the bed headboard, a dead roach on the bed, and dead insects at the bottom of the toaster. The microwave was filthy and smelled awful, and the floors and room had a strong urine odor. The lobby also appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, and management appears to live on-site, requiring you to ring a bell for assistance.
The housekeeping employee walking around the property was very nice and friendly, and we managed to clean the room ourselves before use to make it tolerable, but we ultimately ended up leaving early. While the fixtures and water pressure are nice, the severe lack of cleanliness makes it hard to recommend.
