It was a really nice stay. I took my parents and my older sibling to London as a family trip. Though this place can be a little small for 4 grown adults, it was still comfortable.

This hotel has been recently updated with modern appliances and a high-tech feel. The room is spacious by central London standards. Although our room was on the -1 level, we could barely hear the Tube, even at night. There is no front desk, but management responded promptly to our requests via email. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the British Museum and the Russell Square Tube station. We visited in April and found it to be an excellent value for a short stay in London.

The room was spotless clean and was furnished to a very high standard. The staff were absolutely superb, both front of house, in the bar/restaurant and cleaners. I would highly recommend and will stay again.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, including the bathroom. The kitchen area was well appointed - plenty of cutlery and the small dishwasher was a really helpful addition. Reception staff were helpful with any queries. Other guests were friendly.
