The only issue was the breakfast, obviously there were no staff to serve at breakfast so it was a bit every man for himself, the food and drink is all laid out the night before so first up is best dressed. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. "The staff were friendly on arrival and willing to help with queries . The room was stifling hot the window wouldn’t stay open to its intended maximum opening and the fan was pretty useless . The room was small, and bathroom Internal so that was unbearably hot . We went to use the pool after checking opening times to be told no one could use it as there was glass in it . Breakfast was ok ."
