In the centre of Dolcedo, 7 km from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio, 34 km from the centre of San Remo, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 7 km from the sea, 10 m from the stream, in a pedestrian area. 20 m footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m. Shop 50 m, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 50 m, bar 20 m, café, bicycle rental 7 km, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Imperia Porto Maurizio" 8 km, sandy beach "Imperia Borgo Marina" 8 km pebble beach "Impertia Porto Maurizio" 7 km, bathing lake "Laghetti di Lecchiore" 5 km. Riding stable 3 km. Local sale of farm products. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.
