“I wish there's protective bars on the first floor windows”

“I'm not here to say bad things about the property but this is my experience there. I'm visiting from United States I booked months in advance ask for up stairs room was emailed back saying they look into it ok that's fine. I'm on vacation you know rest and relaxation they are having construction done and they put me in the part of the building that is being worked on every morning hammering cutting and people talking outside my room did I say I was booked for 7 days. “Very helpful staff, gave us sound information on both the sightseeing and transportation. Location was very quiet, walking distance to historic Vigan. We had a problem with the booking on the breakfast which was included in our Hotels.com booking which was quickly resolved at the front desk and I did not have to go through the torture of trying to remotely communicate with Hotels.com. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, we stayed three nights and all were pleasant, helpful and……

“Innen erwies sich das Hotel schöner als es von Außen den Anschein hatte. Überall weiß gefliest, die Angestellten waren ständig am putzen und Boden wischen. Außerdem war im Gang ein Wasserspender. Leider wurden die Zimmer in den beiden Tagen nicht sauber gemacht. Außerdem war das WLAN nur unten im Foyer brauchbar empfangbar, im Zimmer kaum. Außerdem wurde uns eine Extra Gebühr von 150 Php berechnet weil wir vor 14 Uhr eingecheckt haben. Ist jetzt nicht das große Geld, jedoch war es online……
