"The apartment is clean and the furnishings are well kept. The beds are comfortable and it's very quiet, we slept well. The hosts are friendly and gave us deliciuos welcoming pastries. You will need to stop at the market if you plan to cook. Communication is fine but it helps greatly if you speak German. It is high up on the mountain and the view from the porch is magnificent. Parking is supplied. Lienz is a great town to visit and has many restaurants. We definitely recommend this accommodation."

"The room was spacious and clean. We had a little difficulty right after checking in, but everything ended up fine and one day this event will be funny. We left our luggage and car keys in our room and then went to eat. When we returned from eating, our card key would not work. We could not get in touch with the leasers, but when we contacted Hotels.com, the issue was worked through quickly. We were issued a new key and everything else went smoothly. The key issue wouldn't have been a real issue if we had not been "freezing". Our jackets were also locked in our room with no access to get in. So...we were out in the cold without jackets and no way to get into our car. To complicate matters even, more my phone was past the red on my cell battery. Luckily the issue was resolved quickly. Fortunately my phone didn't die until we were on the elevator back to our room. I would definitely stay here again."
