“Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...

“The house is nicely renovated, well equipped and has air condition in the bedroom, which I appreciated a lot, since it was really hot the last couple of days. From the balcony you have a pleasant view into the surrounding hills and it is really quiet - no traffic, just tweeting birds. The hosts are nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. “Guter und schneller Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Begrüssung durch Graziella und Christiano war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert (spricht auch Englisch). Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern, die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Olivenbäume und Wein soweit das Auge reicht, malerische sanfte Hügellandschaft. Absolute Ruhe. “Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder.”

Vi si trova tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno (persino il pelapatate!) L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Francesco sono davvero da elogiare. “Wunderschön restauriertes Bauernhaus, welches seinen Charme trotz oder aufgrund des modernen Innenlebens erhalten konnte. Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und der etwas höhere Mietpreis ist durchaus berechtigt. “Casa Claudia 7 is quietly situated on a hillside with fantastic views of the surroundings of the Marche. The area is very large with numerous fruit trees (harvesting to enjoy is welcome). “La maison est bien spacieuse ainsi que le jardin que l’entoure. Nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire. Les hôtes très gentils et disponibles. L’emplacement idéal pour ceux qui aiment le calme et l’isolement, mais en même temps facile d’accès. Carde verdoyant entourés de champs, nous avons pu observer les levers et les couchers du soleil depuis les fenêtres. Notre famille a adoré les vacances dans cette maison.
