"This hotel is set in a very new area, located near a subway stop next to the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel has great staff who are very responsive and flexible. Jamie in the executive lounge was very helpful and answered many questions for us. My first room smelled smoky and the staff immediately changed me to a more comfortable room without a smoky smell and were apologetic about it. The breakfast is expansive with many good options for western visitors. And the gym and pool are amazing. The gym is available 24 hours for those with jet lag and is kept super clean. The ladies change room has a hot tub and a salt block sauna. The indoor pool is open in the morning and has distinctive areas for both play and for those wanting to swim laps. (swim caps required) I wish the outdoor pool was open before 2 p.m. daily. It's good to realize beforehand that in this area, there is no boardwalk to walk next to the water."
