“We booked AGM Beachfront Resort because it was the only place available during our travel dates. It’s more affordable than neighboring resorts, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful—that was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself is in poor condition. Rooms are extremely basic, with peeling paint on the ceilings, broken mosquito screens, and ants everywhere. Our shower worked only so-so. “First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time.”
