“We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby……

“Camera molto ampia con aria condizionata, in posizione comoda per i parchi divertimento del Garda. Personale gentile e super disponibile, check in in autonomia facile e veloce. “Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und auf unsere Zimmer geführt. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Die Empfehlung für ein in fünf Gehminuten erreichbares Restaurant haben wir gerne angenommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht.
Das Frühstück in einem wunderschönen Raum war phenomenal - frisches Obst, Eier nach Wunsch zubereitet, Wurst und Käse, verschiedenste Kuchen und Backwaren, Müsli usw.
Wir werden hier gerne wieder Station machen. Vielen Dank!”
