The location of the hotel is fabulous! We saw so many other travelers dragging luggage through the streets while we had only to cross a couple bridges to check in. We caught a 6:30 am bus out and easily carried our luggage the short distance to the bus stop. Our window overlooked the water and was clean comfortable and a nice size for the 4 of us.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW
This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again .

Not worth the price per night, especially with no amenities like spa, pool, or jacuzzi. Since local train station and airport are near by, hotel should offer rides free of charge after booking.

Wow Wow Wow! The hotel had 10.0 online ratings which I was skeptical of, but it was Absolutely a 10!!!!! Gorgeous, incredible staff, great location, exceptional breakfast and the nicest (& coolest during heatwave) rooms of all the 5* properties we stayed at in the last couple weeks throughout France & Italy. Sara at breakfast and Ivan at bars made us feel like family after a day!
