"This place was a horrible experience. The night before we arrived the owner messaged us saying that something went wrong at the property and switched where we were going to stay. When we arrived at the new location the sheets had TONS of stains all over them that were disgusting. Das gebuchte Haus haben wir aber nie betreten können, da der Gastgeber es ganz offensichtlich an andere Personen, mit denen wir auch gesprochen haben (eine Familie aus Holland) vermietet hat. Wir erhielten eine Notunterkunft mitten in Venedig, die für 8 Personen aber gar keine tragbare Option war. "Close to just about everything, the staff was wonderful in answering all our questions and super helpful. We enjoyed it so much we extended another evening. Would highly recommend. Breakfast was great as well. Next time in Venice we will be staying again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Loved loved this property! Walkable to everything in Venice and water taxi if wanted to go further. Terrific breakfast included and bar if you wanted to chill after a day of sightseeing. We took advantage or the direct water taxi to the hotel. Was a great introduction to Venice. Mirko set this up. Mirko also gave us a coupon for a tour at the glass factory and we saw a demonstration of the Murano glass blowing. He is fabulous! Friendly and very helpful. He did get a bit frustrated with me as I wanted to use my phone directions to get to the water taxi. He encourage me to put down the phone and listen to him. Thanks for trying Mirko but I was nervous about navigating the streets to get to our tour in time. Overall would definitely stay at this hotel again. Beds very comfortable !! Ciao Robin T🇮🇹🍝"
