This is a newly constructed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located at Northern Lights Condominiums. It sleeps 6 comfortable and includes swimming pool access. Easy access on the ground floor and parking is just outside the unit. Check-in is via keyless access. Guests will be sent their access code 1-2 days prior to arrival.

This ground floor condo is located within walking distance of Lake Michigan (.5 miles) and the towns of Douglas (1 mile) and Saugatuck (3 miles). Oval Beach, a short 2 miles away, has earned an international reputation. The Chicago Tribune ranked it #1 among the Midwest’s top 5 beaches and also ranked it the best beach on Lake Michigan. It is among the 25 best shore lines in the world according to Conde Nast’s Traveler.

You will also find many extras: basic condiments in the kitchen, laundry supplies, pool towels, a full kitchen with dishwasher; central air; and a fireplace in the living room. Unit also includes a washer & dryer, TV, cable, free wifi, and towels and linens. Front and back patios allow for comfortable gatherings or a quiet space for your morning coffee. Also, beautifully landscaped gardens with a large heated pool and a common area.

3 night minimum during peak season (Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend) and holidays. Weekly rates are offered. 2 night minimum during off season.

Great Stay for Tulip Time

Had a wonderful time! Close to Holland and Saugatuck but quiet and outside of the bustle. Super close to Oval beach, we will definitely stay again!

Amazing stay as always

This is our 3rd year staying at this condo and we love it every time. The location is just perfect and the pool is always a huge hit for our kids. Isabel’s across the way is so convenient!

Loved the location of this condo. It was clean and the beds were really comfortable! We had everything we needed. The only slight downfall were the upstairs neighbors wake up early! But, it was okay. We would return again!

My husband and our 2 daughters had a blast.( 4 and 7 year old). Clean condo with a nice heated pool. We enjoyed relaxing at oval beach on the days we weren’t in the pool. Definitely plan on coming back!

Short Family Vacation

Great, clean property! We enjoyed walking to Blue Star Cafe for ice cream and Woosah for coffee. Everything else a short drive away. Upstairs neighbors were easily heard late at night but not due to fault of owners. Good option for our family of 4.

Amazing 4th

We had an absolutely great stay over the 4th this year. Our first time in Douglas, and we’d definitely come back! The location was awesome, with a 4 year old and 1 year old, the pool right out the front door was a welcome respite after a morning/afternoon at Oval beach. The market made for a great dinner choice with a ton of meat/seafood options, as well as side dishes, apps, beer, etc. The unit was very clean, and the beds/couches/chairs were all comfy. We would definitely recommend this to family/friends!

Great stay in Douglas/Saugatuck

Very clean conveniently located condo. Beds are very comfortable. We had a great time going to beaches, shops, breweries and restaurants. Also the pool is very nice. Only suggestion would be an investment in new fluffy white towels and hand soap. We had 2 washcloths and 4 towels all of which were thin and very worn. But overall a great stay and would come back!

Wonderful Spot for a Long Weekend

First time to the Douglas/Saugatuck area and we loved it! This condo is exactly how it is pictured on VRBO. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. Best pool in the area! We will be back! Noteworthy within 2 miles or less of condo: - Saugatuck Brewing Company: great food and craft beers - Blue Star Cafe: enjoyed breakfast in this little diner - Oval Beach: felt like we were on the ocean, clean beach - Saugatuck Downtown: get there before 11am to claim a parking spot . . . enjoyed strolling through town to shop and eat

Great Location!

Overall, great condo! The location is great and the pool is fantastic. Close to the beach and everything that Douglas and Saugatuck has to offer! Our second time in this unit. The first was 2 years ago. Still great but wished it was a bit cleaner. The vinyl plank floors could use a good deep clean and the shower curtains (moldy) and mattress pads (pretty stained) need to be replaced. Had to get some ant traps as there were quite a few in the entry way but the traps took care of it. I alerted the host about the floors and ants issue and he said he would let the cleaning staff know. He is quite responsive so I am sure these will be resolved. Great stay overall.

Girls Weekend

We had a great time in Saugatuck! Condo is very nice and super clean! Loved the pool. Weather wasn’t great so we made the most of it watching movies, eating drinking and having fun catching up! Condo is minutes away from everything!

Awesome experience!

This was our first time at this property and visiting Saugatuck. We loved the place, the pool was an awesome perk and our kids loved it. The condo was a short distance to downtown and oval beach. We would recommend this condo to friends and family! Our only downsides were the beds were a little too soft and not the most comfortable and we couldn’t get the tv in the bedroom to work aside from the one Spanish channel it was on, otherwise nothing major!
