Room was nice and very clean. Staff was very friendly and even upgrades us to a nicer room with a balcony! Great location in the Old Quarter. Would stay again in if Hanoi.

We stayed four nights. Very friendly staffs. Healthy breakfasts, included in the cost of the room. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE WIFI AND SIM that are referred by the hotel manager/staff. We paid 800K VND for a WIFI device and 300K VND for a phone sim. The 300K VND seemed to work, but the 800K VND WIFI device was useless. We even exchanged to try the second one, but it was still useless. Sim and WIFI for 30 days are lot cheaper everywhere.

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

We had an amazing time here. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay here is memorable and as pleasant as possible. I will definitely recommend family and friends to stay here when necessary. Location is very close to all the main attractions.
