"We had a truly wonderful week in this property. In particular the facilities were exceptional - a full sized tennis court with plenty of rackets and balls, a clean, beautiful pool with ample sun loungers, table tennis, bikes, we were kept busy! Also the kitchen was superbly equipped for large groups with three fridges, all the utensils you could ever need, and multiple dining spaces inside and out. Sandra and Thierry were extremely accommodating and friendly, and responded quickly and generously to any of our requests. Our only minor issues were with the slightly unconventional distribution of beds and toilets but we made it work. Also we had a one year old with us so we struggled slightly with all the steps around the house but again we made it work and accepted this as a part of an old property's charm. Overall we were blown away by the beauty of the place and could not fault the owners or our general experience of VRBO. Thanks so much, we'll be back!"

"What a wonderful house in such a beautiful location. We loved every minute of our stay! It is so peaceful, yet not too secluded that you feel cut off. Perfect! The pool is fabulous; large and clean, and very welcoming on hot days. The house is very well furnushed and has everything you'd ever need for cooking eyc. Lots to do in the local area too - we loved visiting nearby towns and markets, as well as chateaux and vineyards, and of course, canoeing on the Dordogne. Some fantastic restaurants nearby neant there was always a choice to be made. We can highly recommend staying here!"

"We all had a absolutely wonderful time here. Enough space and facilities for everyone to do things together and/or have quite time with a book somewhere. The river nearby offered even more more great fun and activities. Eric was an amazing host with lots of help and info of where to go for markets etc. We can recommend this beautiful spot for big families."
