Cleanliness, and staff

Everyone was very helpful throughout our stay. Our Tower Suite was wonderful and amenities were great.

Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets

The building was clean and kept up well. I really enjoyed the location and having a shuttle to the hospital. The only downfall I saw was the amount you pay per night to park, $20, seems a little steep and there was not enough parking with the construction and painting blocking off spots.

Richard was the kindest innkeeper. He allowed me to stay in my room past checkout and drove me to the bus stop so I wouldn't have to walk my luggage in 92° heat. He was very thorough in his tour and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the window AC wasn't sufficient for the massive heat wave in most of the house, but I was staying in the basement apartment which was pleasantly cool. Breakfast was delicious, but be sure to inform them of any food allergies in advance!
