The room was clean, there was a problem at the check out time as all the guest have the same check out and all the elevators collapse, it took us more than an hour to get down. The parking is really a problem as we had to go up almost 20 floors. Location is pretty good.

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.

The card reader on our door battery stopped working and they couldn’t find any working walkie talkies to get someone from security to open the door for us. I needed to fill my insulin pump and we couldn’t even eat not access our room. No apologies ...

The service was amazing. The guy who picked us up from the airport was great! The guy who took us to the cruise port was also great! The check-in was amazing. The hotel is just kind of old and yucky. We weren’t too excited about the food options nearby
