Location and facility was very nice

The roof top is not available all day, and the gym was small, no pool, For the price you pay for these things listed a resort fees is ridiculous I also had to ask for a shower cap and there is no ice machines or bucket. One bottle of water was in the room for two. RUI could do better. The breakfast is fabulous I must say.

The Four Seasons certainly lived up to its reputation. It's pricey. Not sure if the room was worth $1,000 per night but the bed WAS AMAZING!!!! Very comfortable with a high thread count on the sheets. It was spacious with a bench on the windows and an impeccable view of the city. The spa services were great. We did not like the way the jacuzzi was constructed and we only had 2 hours without kids splashing around in the pool. The staff was very friendly and acknowledged our anniversary at every turn. I would expect nothing less. The check in process was quick and seamless. Valet parking was very attentive and had my car brought out quickly. Definitely a 4-5 star experience. The turn down service at night was a NICE touch. The room was a bit dated. I wish the Four Seasons would remove the bathtub and have a walk in shower. And some of the room's wallpaper was coming undone. That was surprising. All in all 4 out of 5 stars definitely!! We would definitely go back !
