The room was excellent, very clean and spacious. Even though the room Did not have an iron and ironing board, front desk got us one in a few minutes. Did not like the location, it was not walking distance from downtown and had to take an Uber to go everywhere. The hotel has a very steep and long entrance and sometimes your transportation leaves you at the sidewalk and you have to walk up to the hotel which is very exhausting.

"Estuvimos muy contentos porque nos quedamos para hacer el maratón de Querétaro y fue súper conveniente estar ahí. El hotel es muy grande está muy limpio y bien cuidado pero ya está muy viejo, hay cosas que se sienten ya muy pasadas de moda, pero es un tema más de Diseño, que de funcionalidad."
