“Condo was beautiful, clean and very spacious. Great water view and looks out at the peer. The grounds are very well kept. The main negative is there is no elevator and the unit is on the 3rd floor. Restaurants are not high end but great for families with children. Better restaurants are very close by. The beach is only a few minutes away and very nice - until the tide comes in! Communication from the rental was terrific. ”

“The property was wonderful. Everything we needed and really great views. The only problem we had was mosquitoes, several silver fish and something in the sink that looked like a tick (wasn't sure). It wasn't really an issues to us, but may be to the next person. :-) I've stayed in several of the units at Pier Point, but this one was by far the nicest. Thank you!”

“Have stayed at the Pier Pointe several times through the years with family, but met college friends of over 52 years and so enjoyed this lovely, comfortable first floor condo! We had such a wonderful time walking to restaurants and on the pier and rocking on the community center veranda! The beach was just a block and half away and then we returned to the condo pool for some more sun and swimming. Oh yes, there was a craft fair after Saturday lunch at Brogans. Perfect place to stay with 2 nice...

“The unit location is perfect if you want to be in the center of attraction. We have traveled to SSI many times and stayed in this complex twice. My only recommendation is to make available a key to exit the pedestrian gate to the village, pier and street. ”
