Walk to shops, restaurants, the ocean, the lighthouse and oceanfront Neptune Park. To explore the Island, rent a bicycle just steps from your residence! Or catch the trolley tour, which departs from the Pier. Pier Pointe is oceanfront, provides each residence with unobstructed views of the pier, St. Simons Sound, the Sidney Lanier Bridge and Jekyll Island all from your spacious private balcony. Pier Pointe also offers an oceanfront pool and grass lawn for swimming, lounging and watching the tides come and go.

Pier Pointe #104 is beautifully furnished and has features an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The residence also includes tile flooring in the living areas and new furnishings. Enjoy gorgeous ocean views from the master suite, living room, and balcony.

While Pier Pointe is oceanfront, please note that beach access is tide contingent. At high tide—which occurs twice daily at varying times throughout the year—the beach is inaccessible.
