The are around the property had lots of shopping and restaurants which was great.the hotel itself was very dirty,when you walk in the carpets were filthy,yoy could see the grime on the banister of the mainstairway, well had chips of paint missing and there was animal hair throughout all the main walkways. When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup and then there was a lamp just chilling in the closet it looks like the rooms hadn't even been put back to how they were supposed to to be. We paid extra for a Jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi didn't even work properly. Some of the staff was friendly one of them was not.

The staff was very grumpy

remote checkin process doesn't work. stood outside for 10 minutes trying to get someone on the phone, elevator code doesn't work for me or other people in the building. keep looking, there are better options out there.

Every thing was on point and I have no complaints whatsoever
