8.8/10 Excellent! (20 reviews)
The apartment was just as advertised, however the property could do with a little more TLC here and there. The TV did not work, the balcony had significant weed issues and wasn't swept, plus a drain which exits onto the balcony had left a build up of soil/debris. The door onto the balcony on the left did not lock either, however as were 4 floors up, this was not a concern. These were relatively minor issues and can be fixed quickly. Overally a very good stay and hugely convenient for Broad Street & Brindley Place.

"Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast. Would have given five stars if there had not have been an issue where I was charged £56 parking for my one night stay, I questioned my bill to be told it’s a parking charge. I then asked how long do I get to stay, another lady said the charge was £17 and I was ..."

"Well what can I say, when the receptionist Tracey spends 5 minutes with you and it feels like you've been friends for years. The bistro was such a treat even thou we couldn't read the menu lol and the room was fully equipped for our needs. Even the chamber maids went above and beyond. We highly recommend ..."
