“We booked two rooms and arrived early for check in. The lady was very helpful and this remained the theme for our stay. The staff are friendly and problem solving. The property is a short walk from the centra of Evesham and is over the road from the main park with the river running through it. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were on the whole excellent, clean, comfortable, large bathrooms, secure. The only issue is that there is no aircon so it is really hot in the rooms and tricky to……

“Not the cleanest Nothing to hang towels on 1 hand wash and 1 small tube of hair and body wash even though 2 of us were staying in the room. Extremely hot night but no fan provided I accidentally left my charger, contacted the property who said they did have it, took my home details and said they would send it. Waited over a week, messaged the property again, was ignored. Messaged again and still was ignored. Not the best customer service either. Breakfast was delicious and the young man who……

“Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too.”

“Really nice b&b in an historic and interesting house. Host was really friendly and breakfasts were really good. Large bedroom, plenty of space for clothes. Right opposite the Abbey and near local amenities. Would certainly return.”

“The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.”
