“Everything about our stay was perfect, food was excellent and use of the spa is well worth it. We were upgraded without requesting it (never ever asked before) the room was stunning. The only downside was that we were directly above the kitchen, and there was constant banging coming from the kitchen. When i asked, apparently it was the water pipes when the dishwasher was in use. Didn't really affect us, as we were hardly in our room, but i could imagine you wanted a relaxing time in your room……

“The hotel’s proximity to the train station and the availability of a microwave oven are positive aspects. However, the lighting in the room is inadequate, especially near the door. Furthermore, the dark-colored carpet makes the room appear even dimmer. The room’s price is quite high, likely due to the Cheltenham Festival.”

“Really good and big room”

“The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.”

“Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.”

“No food on a Monday which is inconvenient but a restaurant just up the road helps. ”

“Clean, comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. Shame there was no lunch/dinner food option (yet!) but good local recommendations provided. Would definitely stay again.”

“環境，房間都是很好的。 包早餐 是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。 覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！ 除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。”

“Everything about the hotel was better than expected and the dog treats and bowl was a lovely touch. The staff not only made us feel welcome but also our dog. Absolutely fantastic stay”

“訂的雙人床, 入住給了兩張單人床，床好小；設施好舊，浴室門關不到；乾淨度還可以接受，但有塵；隔音不好； 吊燈是壞的，10分鐘就會不停閃，厠所的夜燈是藍色，好嚇人。”
