“This is my dream home!” - 6 year old
This location was excellent! We had a family of 5 here with raving reviews from all of us. My husband loved the easy of entry and cleanliness. I love the decor, the treats on the beds, and the honesty of the host and cleaner. I LEFT MY WEDDING RING!!! They called me soon after check out before I left the area and I was able to pick it up. Thank you so much for getting it back to me. My 9 year olds loved the bunk bed room. It was easy to hook up our switch and the board games available were a lot of fun. The six year old loved the huge bathroom and the view! Sunset was beautiful! So glad we chose to stay here!

Excellent Stay
Our family had a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful place. It was perfect for our family of 5. Great location! George was a great host. If we had comments it questions, he was positive and quick to respond. We arrived and everything was spotless and welcoming. There were folded towels and chocolate mints on the beds. The large tub with jets and giant shower were a huge plus. We called it the spa room. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

Stay in Draper
This was a lovely place to stay and very convenient for our needs. The view from the home was beautiful. My main issue was about somewhat inadequate lighting along the side of the house while navigating to he back of the house where the entry was.

This property needs a little bit of upkeep. You have to navigate in the dark through the muddy grass to the back of the house to access it. The bathroom shower did not feel clean. We couldn’t find a thermostat to control the temperature. Sometimes it was freezing in there and sometimes it was hot. The beds are comfortable. The second night that we were there it was loud upstairs until about 11 pm. Check out was easy. Easy access to I15.

Great Location in Draper
We originally were going to stay in Park City but opted for Draper because it was more centrally located to everything we wanted to do this trip. This was a great spot, we loved it. The only downsides for larger groups or longer stays would be there is only 2 bathroom and no laundry, but we knew that going into it and it worked out great for us. For a basement apartment we loved it because it didn't feel like a basement with windows everywhere because it's built on a hill the basement is a walk-out basement which was super nice. We also enjoyed the view of the city from being up on the hill. Would recommend this place and the host was great too.

Would Not Recommend
The host family was excessively loud, which did not match the description given that they may be heard occasionally. I messaged the host & asked for a refund; he said he would minus that evening & the cleaning fee. Hindsight, we should have left the next morning; we left after 3 nights. We were only given 2 washcloths for 4 people for 5 nights & had to ask for additional. Two more were left outside; they were full of tiny bugs when we got back. I assumed there would be at least 6 since the listing says it accommodates 6. The host told me that this was an economy stay & he could put any amount in & I could go to the store to purchase more. In town for a wedding & needed the iron, which was nowhere to be found. Host brought down his iron & became confrontational. He said I don't know how VRBO worked. This was my 2nd VRBO stay, but not my 2nd time to vacation. I've stayed countless places & never had so many issues with amenities listed not being available. Paper towels were also not provided. I wasn't expecting items not listed, for example, there wasn't a measuring cup or spoons, so those items I purchased when I bought groceries. He said I have been his most difficult guest, but I wouldn't have had to contact him if his listing was accurate. I was only asking for items that he said he provided. Maybe he should have done a quick walk through before we arrived. Patio furniture & area filthy. Sprinklers run @ 9pm in the area to get to the back entry. Not a hospitable host.

Marie, we are sorry you felt that we didn’t do a good job. All of our previous guests have been wonderful and communication has been friendly. You on The other hand were rude, demanding, and extremely difficult to work with. Not to mention you had more people than you stated you would on the booking. In addition to this we provided everything you asked for. We even went as far as putting in new furniture outside for you and your other guests. In my time hosting I have indeed never meet someone as entitled and demanding as you. If anyone would like to inquire about this review I am happy to show detailed proof of Marie and her stay.

Comfortable stay
We were in Draper for weekend activities. The location is quiet and within minutes of restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room. The desk was very helpful. It's well supplied with essentials and even stocked with some bottled water and snacks. Comfortable beds as well. We would definitely return. Thank you to our hosts.

Perfect location for a Draper Temple wedding
Everything was clean, easy to access, and comfortable. We did run out of toilet paper the first night and couldn't find any in the unit so we had to go and buy some. This was the only issue and easily fixed by the owners for future guests.

Restful, short, nice view
Great communication with owner, very understanding when flight was delayed by 6 hours and we ended up arriving to place in the middle of the night/early morning hours. They made sure we had a way in and provided a few snacks too. Very comfortable for 6 adults! Would stay here again for sure!

Convenient place
Our son and my brother live in Draper so this place was super convenient for us. Owner let us check in a few hours early which was greatly appreciated. The layout of the place suited our needs very well. On the downside, entry to the place was around back and we had to walk through the yard to get to our place. Path was shoveled, but grass was pretty wet.

Doug, we are glad you stayed with us! There were pictures of the path to take to get the the entrance around back prior to booking with us. Since you came in the winter season the grass was wet. I think giving us 1 less star for something we can’t control is kind of a bummer. In addition to this you left your iPad behind and we gladly offered to get it shipped back to you. I thought we would had you as a raving fan. Maybe next time ;) you’re welcome to come back in the summer when there is no rain the forecast.

We loved the property. It has an excellent view looking down on Salt Lake City. Pretty in daytime and at night It was easy to get to the ski slopes from this location also. The place is beautiful. We hope to return with one of our kids possibly. They have a nice room with bunk beds in addition to a primary bedroom. It would be a great place to bring a family. The hosts were very nice!

Great place for 5 adults
Loved our stay! We had 5 adults in our group & had enough room for everyone to stay comfortably. One room has 2 bunk beds & an extra mattress for a total of 5 beds. However, when we pulled out the extra mattress it was dirty. Our 5th person stayed in the seperate room instead. The beds were firm, but not uncomfortable, & we all had a good night's sleep. We loved the snacks provided, the smart TVs in the bedrooms, & the large bathroom. It was too cold outside to enjoy the view - but WOW it was pretty! We would definitely stay here again!
