“Great stay on Against All Odds!! Ian was very helpful host, quick to respond. Boat was very clean and comfortable. No disappointments, was exactly as advertised. Amenities at the resort are first class, we even had a free bbq one night complements of the marina. Free shuttle to downtown Key West made going and coming convenient. A neat experience to stay on a privately yacht rather than a motel!!Will definitely book again next time we visit The Keys. ”

“The cottage was perfect for me and my 3 kids. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. “This house was the best water front with a pool in the lower keys for the money. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to booking again. I wouldn’t expect a brand new house and there was some things that were less then pristine about the house but isn’t most things in the Florida Keys. Side note accessing the slips by water is a bit of a challenge. Cudjoe Bay is shallow! 2 houses south has buoys use them and head out that way. ”

“Very easy check in to this very clean 1-2 person unit 1/2 block off Duval and next to Hemmingways. You can walk to about ecerything but we rented a golf cart frin Crist at Blue Sky Rentals and saw it all. Had our morning coffee on the secluded back pario area and then were off.”

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The facilities are outdated, and the room I was given initially had a very small balcony with a broken balcony door that wouldn’t close properly—possibly due to humidity and poor maintenance. I booked a “sea view room with balcony” online, but the balcony was tiny, there was no sea view at all, and the door was broken. When I requested to cancel the booking upon check-in, the hotel refused. They offered to change my room but only to one without a balcony, and refused to refund the price difference. I had booked for two nights. The front desk told me that if I didn’t stay the first night, I could get a refund for the second night—but not the first. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said the manager would only be available the next morning at 9 AM. I reluctantly stayed the first night, thinking I would speak to the manager the next day and get the second night refunded. However, when I finally met the manager, they said the second night was also non-refundable. In the end, I paid full price for a room that did not match what I booked and received no compensation or proper assistance. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
