"So,keep in mind that we were just stopping over for the night and thought it be fun to stay the night on a houseboat with the kids on our way to the next part of our trip. We did not realize that this was a fishing area and found it very smelly! Now, if you are an avid fisherman or fisherwoman, then you probably wouldn’t have a problem with it. The place was fine, I would say it’s more like camping in an RV. We enjoy seeing the key deer and iguana…it was the highlight of our stay."

"My husband and I came to Key West to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Ken's Studio was perfect. We knew it was small going in and so that didn't bother us. "The Yacht was beautiful. The marina was amazing. The marina and resort had excellent restaurants and bars. It was very cool to see all of the boats coming and going. It was an easy Uber ride to Key West and enjoy the fast pace life. Then it was wonderful to come back to the quiet of the marina. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"The overall experience was very convenient and pleasant.The house and pool were very clean and nicely appointed. Our room’s bathroom could use some shelving or space to set items down. The AC was quite loud right above the bed and that is my only complaint but overall it was very pleasant and more reasonably priced than many places. "We spent a week in Key West at this nice little main floor one bedroom suite. The location is great, and walkable to anywhere you might want to go in Key West. Parking was pretty easy...always found a spot within a 1/2 block. The area is safe and quiet, but really easy to get to all the great sites and the beaches. The view of the water was amazing, and there was plenty of space inside and on the (huge) balcony for me and my family to relax. "I rent a lot of VRBO’s and this is one of the best condos I have ever stayed at. It was very clean. It was very comfortable and I have to specifically comment on the beds. They were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a condo. My friends said their bed was very very comfortable too. Also the location of this condo right by the pool is very convenient. And to sit on the patio and enjoy the wildlife out in the wetlands was very peaceful and enjoyable. I would rent his condo again."
